All Things Equal, Inc. is a Miami Beach game company dedicated to making fun, creative, original, humor-based games for all ages. The company was named "All Things Equal" for three reasons: (1) We believe all people are equal; (2) When we started selling games in 1997, we were told there was no way to compete with the larger game companies. We pictured a level playing field where "all things are equal".; (3) All of our games are equally great!
Per our video above, All Things Equal was founded in April 1997 when entrepreneur Eric Poses embarked on a 16-week sales and marketing drive across the country selling his first board game, Loaded Questions, out of the trunk of his car. Fueled by subsequent road trips, loads of media, and hundreds of 5-star customer reviews, Loaded Questions is one of the most successful independent game brands in North America with millions of games sold.
Today, our line includes five versions of Loaded Questions, Awkward Family Photos Greatest Hits (based on the hit website), The My Weird School Game (based on Dan Gutman’s popular kid’s book series), and other original games invented by Eric and sold under his company name, All Things Equal, Inc.
