Returns & Refunds

We're all about fairness. (It’s in the company name.) BUT...we typically don't accept returns or offer  refunds. With that said, we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis. Obviously, If your game arrived and it’s defective (missing cards, broken module, mysteriously slimy… you get it), we’ve got your back. Just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll get back to you ASAP!

A Few Important Notes

• Sale and closeout items = final (like losing a round of Loaded Questions—no take-backs).

• Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on where you live.

• If you send something back to us, we highly recommend a trackable shipping method. If your return gets lost in the mail without tracking, it’s like misplacing that one game piece... no one wins.
